Yes, a security deposit ranging from one to one and a half month's rent is required at lease signing. It is fully refundable at the end of your lease term, subject to the condition of your apartment.

At The Botanic, we require that a prospective resident's gross monthly income be at least three times the monthly rent. Proof of income will be requested during the application process, and this can include recent pay stubs, tax returns, or other financial statements.
